Steps to Enrol at Pinnacle Early Education
Initial Inquiry
- Contact Us: Reach out via our website, social media platforms, phone, or email to express your interest or to book a tour.
- Waitlist: We recommend joining our waitlist as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. You can do this by contacting the centre phone or email.
Application Submission
- Complete Forms: Fill out and submit the application forms provided to you in our enrolment pack.
- Payment of Application: Pay the required bond and booking fee, to process your enrolment.
- Enrolment Form submission: Once the payment is made you will receive an enrolment form link via email that must be completed and you must include necessary documents that are required such as birth certificates, immunisation schedules etc.
Review and Confirmation
- Application Review: Our team will review your application and approve subject to all necessary documents that have been uploaded via our online system.
Orientation
- Attend Orientation: You and your child will participate in an orientation session to familiarise yourself and your child with our facilities, staff, and program expectations.
- Meet the Educators: Meet your child’s educators and discuss any specific needs or concerns to ensure a smooth transition.
Ongoing Support
- Regular Updates: Stay informed with regular updates on your child’s progress and opportunities for feedback via email and our family app.
- Continuous Improvement: Engage in ongoing communication with educators to ensure your child’s needs are continually met and any adjustments are made as needed.
