I am writing to thank you and your wonderful team and express my gratitude for all your help and support for my son’s development. I saw a significant difference during the last 6 months. Wasim has improved immensely. His confidence and skills have grown significantly. He is becoming more sociable and engaging with others, and his academic performance has also shown remarkable progress. I am profoundly grateful for the support he has received.

First and foremost, thank you to everyone at pinnacle enabling a safe environment for my child to learn and strive in. He’s established relationships with his educators and I’m proud of the milestones your team has helped him achieve.

Your team makes use of the OWNA app to communicate vital information that parents need/want (kids photos, meals intake, sleep times, relevant forms that needs to be signed, upcoming learning goals, upcoming activities that invite parents to bring in items to increase kids participation, inviting sharing of family photos, etc).

All educators are approachable and do their best to keep parents informed. Emails sent by me or my husband have always been responded to promptly and we really do appreciate that.

As a working mum who relies on grandparents to do the drop off/pick ups, we often rely on their limited English and hope they will interact with educators at hand overs – back at home, it can become chinese whispers/second hand info. The app has made it more seamless, so I can just check the app rather than reminding the family the million questions every mama has.

The app being the primary platform and you all proactively updating the app encourages a collaborative partnership between us and you.

They are all passionate about the kids’ development and they take sincere interest in creating an inclusive, caring, and safe environment for the kids.

Long story short, my elder’s son finished up last year and he loved being always there, And now my second child attends and he loves it as well.

The Pinnacle team in Berala are very passionate educators. Overall I am very satisfied with the development and growth of my daughter Valerie during her time at Pinnacle. There is a wide variety of activities for the children to do, which are educational and the teachers are very engaged and easily approachable for advice. The team is very engaged in the community.

I really appreciate the care they have for my daughter and hygiene standards are so good. The centre is always clean and smells amazing (I wish I could have lunch there sometimes). I’m so glad that I found a child care that my daughter is comfortable in as well as my husband and I.

My Son attends Pinnacle Early Education and has been from the day they opened. I was feeling uncomfortable for him to start childcare as he was still young (in my eyes) but Diana and her team reassured me that he is in the best care there could be. My son was sick and had not attended Pinnacle for a few weeks, his teacher would call me every second morning to check if he was okay and if I needed anything. This made me feel the importance of their care for kids and I knew my son was in the best hands. Pinnacle has an amazing hand selected team they go above and beyond, they made me feel comfortable to leave my son there all hours of the day & always on top of everything. At the end of each day when I go to pick up my son he is clean, fed well & happy. Thank you team Pinnacle and God Bless.

Management and staff are all friendly and yet professional.They helped us make the transition of our daughter into the new environment as smooth as possible. The facilities are brand new and they have a really nice setup.

I sincerely want to thank all the educators for helping both my boys adjust into their new centre. I love seeing all their photos on the app and keeping up with what activities they are participating in. My older son Mithu always mentions how much fun he had at his new school during pickups so his transition into the Berala area has been smooth and made my life that much easier.
