We aim to provide ideal settings to increase awareness of appropriate physical activity and healthy eating habits. Establishing sound eating and activity habits from an early age gives children the best chance of leading a healthy life and maintaining a healthy weight. Munch & Move supports the NSW Government’s priority of preventing childhood overweight and obesity.

At Pinnacle Early Education our educators are Munch and Move trained. Munch and Move is a fun play-based program that supports the healthy development of children from birth to 5 years of age that attend our service.

Our educators work closely with team leaders at NSW health to create healthy meal plans and activities, educational programs for the children in our care.
